I am a neurodivergent credentialed art therapist, licensed counselor, Christian creative coach, and artist.

I went undiagnosed with AuDHD for 24–30 years. It was a long journey of questioning why I felt so different from others and hiding behind a character I pretended to be. No one noticed. It felt like being cast in a play without ever being given the script. All I knew was that there were expectations to meet. And I needed to meet them “perfectly.”

But God...

He walked through the trenches for me and made me new. He provided the people, the resources, and the gift of creativity to help me understand how my brain works and to build my confidence IN HIM.

And let’s be clear: there was no “overnight” success. God has shown me that healing and growth are ongoing journeys. Most importantly, He reminds me every day that I don’t have to do this alone—and neither do you.

I am embracing my faith journey paired with the art-making process as a way to be free and true to myself. I understand the struggles you face being neurodivergent and the debilitating fears and anxieties that come with it. I've been there, and I know how isolating and overwhelming it can feel. THAT'S WHY I’m dedicated to helping neurodivergent women like you overcome your fears, redefine who you are, and reignite your passion for life!
